Ride With Respect Program

(This program will recommence upon the secured availability of funds.)

Great News! The Ride With Respect Program, initially crafted through a collaboration between the Alberta Government and key partners like the Alberta Off-Highway Vehicle Association, is on hold, eagerly waiting for renewed funding to bring it back. It's a unique initiative designed to usher in a new era of off-highway vehicle enthusiasts who ride with safety, respect, and an eye on environmental preservation at the heart of their adventures.

What's It All About?

The program aims to arm school children with the knowledge and attitudes needed for enjoying off-highway vehicles responsibly. By focusing on safety, respect for all trail users, and environmental conservation, the Ride With Respect initiative hopes to minimize accidents and ensure our trails can be enjoyed by future generations.

  • Ride with Respect is crafted carefully for various age groups:
  • Elementary Enthusiasts: Grades 1 – 3
  • Junior Riders: Grades 4 – 6
  • Senior Trailblazers: Grades 7 – 12
  • Each session is designed in line with the Alberta Education Program of Studies, ensuring a perfect fit with students' learning journeys. And guess what? It's completely free for both students and schools!
